Medium-Wide Diameter & Medium-Shallow Cup
The Medium Wide diameter of the mouthpiece cup has been designed for players who like to be able to produce a large volume and tone with minimal effort. The Medium Shallow cup also gives the performer a brilliant and crisp tone, which is applicable to a standard trombone sound. This mouthpiece shape is great for a player that does many hours of trombone performing.
Medium-Wide & Rounded Rim Shape
The 7C Mouthpiece has a medium-wide rim size, which is applicable to next to all brass players. This allows the lips to move correctly on high and low notes without it being too small thus cutting the lips, or too wide that it restricts high notes. The rounded rim is preferred by players who do many hours of strenuous trombone playing, making it a mouthpiece that is good for endurance.
Small Shank Mouthpiece and Medium Throat
This Mouthpiece has a small shank which has been designed for smaller bored tenor trombones. As well as this, the small shank mouthpieces will also be suitable for baritone horns and older euphoniums with a small and medium bore. All Bach Standard Mouthpieces come with a Medium Sized Throat. This means that it will produce an even responseto all registers of the instrument.
